Privacy policy

Crewshal (agent.sasid.ai) runs AI workers for the organizations that use it. SASID Services Inc operates it. This policy covers the people who sign in to Crewshal and the people who message an organization's workers, including over WhatsApp.

Account details (name, email, organization), the work and messages you give the workers, WhatsApp messages sent to an organization's business number together with the sender's phone number, the connected tools an organization authorizes (for example code repositories and trackers), and operational logs such as costs and errors.

Only to run the service for the organization that owns the data: to carry out and report on the work you ask for, to keep the workers' memory of your organization, to enforce budgets and security, and to keep the service running. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

The service runs on our own server. Configured model and embedding providers process the text needed to produce requested answers or search results. Meta processes WhatsApp messages as the WhatsApp Business Platform provider. The tools an organization connects receive what the workers write there. The provider operating a connected assistant processes its requests and results according to its own terms.

Crewshal is business software, not a general-purpose AI assistant. Each organization runs its own AI team (a chief executive worker and employee workers) on its own WhatsApp Business number. Crewshal does not run a shared WhatsApp number for its customers.

• What the team does. It works only on that organization's business: tasks, plans, approvals, updates and outreach that the owner approves.
• What it does not do. It does not answer trivia, do homework, give personal medical or legal advice, or chat for fun. Such a message gets one short reply that says what the team does.
• AI disclosure. Each new WhatsApp conversation starts with "AI assistant for <organization> on Crewshal", and the saved contact name ends with "(AI)". The first message a worker sends to a customer or prospect says that it comes from the organization's AI worker and on whose behalf.
• Data use. WhatsApp messages stay with the organization that received them. We never use them to train or improve AI models, and we never share them with other customers. They do not go into public pages, benchmarks or evaluation data sets. Model providers process the text only to produce the answer the organization asked for.
• Stop messages. Reply STOP (or BAJA, ARRÊT, STOPP, PARE, توقف, بند or बंद) and that organization sends you no more messages. Each email has an unsubscribe link.
• Reach a person. Write "talk to a person" (or "human" or "agent"). Automated messages to you stop, and a person from the organization answers you. You can also email shah@sasid.ai.

If you send career interest, we collect your name, email, note, optional work link and PDF resume. We use this data for hiring review. Resume files are encrypted at rest. Only verified platform operators can read the hiring records and resume files. Applications are separate from organization accounts and do not expire automatically. Use the contact below to ask us to correct or delete an application.

Organization data is kept while the organization's account is active and deleted when the organization is deleted, apart from backups, which use scheduled rotation with a default 30-day retention window. Credentials are encrypted at rest, and access is limited to the organization's members and roles.

Email shah@sasid.ai from the address or phone number the data belongs to and ask for deletion. We confirm and delete it within 30 days. An organization's owner can also delete members, conversations and the organization itself.
